The AOD precision equipment, with international advanced level, is introduced from the United States. Using AOD furnace, we can manufacture high-strength & high-toughness steels, low-magnetic steels, heat-resistant steels, anti-corrosive steels, anti-abrasive steels with low cost and meet the special requirements to the above alloys on their performance of composition, high purity and low carbon. AOD furnace, electroslag refining and the special casting, forging, heat-treatment, welding and processing technology, all of them constitute the core technology for producing special steels castings and forgings. The metallic expansion joints and bellows of the projects use advanced structure design, pipeline compensation design and calculating by EJMA standard that is wide application in world. The welding of metallic expansion joints and bellows billets use advanced welding technology and automatic argon arc welding machine, which is introduced from oversea. The welding thickness is applying to above 2 mm all kinds materials. The product design, product research and development, critical processing technology come up to advanced world standards. Whatever in processing technology or product quality, as the line leader in domestic and a few manufactories of pressure vessels with special materials such as Al, Cu, Ni, Ti alloys and their composites, it has AR2 class pressure vessels manufactory permit (No.RZZ354-2006) issued by Nation Quality Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The spherical bearings for bridge of the project reach advanced world standard and supply a gap at the load-bearing capacity of 2000~10000t and 5000~100000t.

There are 10,000 ton Special Steel Castings, Forgings and Structure Parts with AOD. The main products are 2000t special steels and its alloys castings and forgings, 1000t steel ingots, metallic expansion joints and bellows, pressure vessels, 4000t bridge bearings and 3000t pipeline bearings.

With China's WTO entry, west developing, bid 2008 Olympic successfully, ocean exploring, traffic construction developing and strengthen national defense and equipments construction, all of lines require the products such as special steels castings, forgings and structure parts, metallic expansion joints and bellows, pressure vessels, bridge and pipeline bearings and so on. Furthermore, developing oversea market for the special steels castings and forgings that produced by AOD would bring the new chances and wide market. According to statistics, only the line of metallic expansion joints and bellows, market demand about 10~15 billion Yuan RMB. That's why the project has great future.

The project is planning to construct between Linbo road and west Linbo road, also between south Luoyi road and Binghe road in Luoyang high-tech industrial developing zone, Luoyang city, Henan Province. It is located at the center of the city and convenient in transportation, near 13 km to Luoyang railway station, 23km to Zhengluo highway. Meanwhile the project enjoys preferential treatment and has excellent investment environment.
